Welcome to HeyPeach! By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our
services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them
carefully before making a purchase.
If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. General
HeyPeach (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online clothing brand selling apparel and accessories directly
to customers. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of our
products.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued
use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Orders & Payments
By placing an order with HeyPeach, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• The information provided (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods listed at
checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are listed in INR and include
applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
HeyPeach reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing
errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such
cases.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All HeyPeach products are made to order with care — thank you for your patience while we
craft your piece just for you!
• Please allow 21–25 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
• A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
• Estimated delivery timelines are indicative — delays due to courier issues, public
holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• HeyPeach is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
We currently ship across India. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to
the shipping address provided.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase:
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items, innerwear, and accessories are non-returnable.
• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@heypeach.in with your order
number and reason.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a store credit or refund will be processed
within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item
is defective or incorrectly sent.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and sizes as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of fabric.
Size guides are provided on each product page. HeyPeach is not responsible for purchases
made without consulting the size guide.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the HeyPeach website — including but not limited to logos, product images,
design elements, text, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of HeyPeach and protected
under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior
written consent from HeyPeach.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your
personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with
third parties for marketing purposes.
We use your information solely to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our
services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyPeach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
